What If... the NBA had one game per week just like the NFL?

          What would the league be like? I can't imagine watching one basketball game and waiting for another week. It's obvious the team would have more time to prepare for the next game as they have can review their strategies and practice. As a unit, the NFL has more players on a team so it makes sense to have a game per week. Maybe the league should lessen the games being played in the NBA and having two games per week. That would make the San Antonio Spurs a more dangerous team as head coach, Gregg Popovich, prepares for each game carefully. There were rumors that new NBA commissioner, Adam Silver, mentioned lessening the season games. It would be great for the NBA players because they can rest up more and have more time to recover from an injury. The league can also limit each quarter to ten minutes like how the international league does. But only time will tell as chances are very slim for changes.
