We all know how the NBA rescinded the trade of Chris Paul from the New Orleans Pelicans to the Los Angeles Lakers in 2011. What possibilities could the backcourt of Kobe Bryant and Chris Paul be if they were to play together? It would be a match up nightmare for the opposing team every night. The ball in the hands of Chris Paul while running the show with Kobe Bryant. The play making of Chris Paul provides Kobe Bryant a much easier game who is still shooting more than twenty shots a game. And not to mention he is in his late thirties. It would be an intriguing scenario to see Pau Gasol, leaving the Lakers with a thin frontcourt but an amazing backcourt. The two superstars would probably attract free agents to the city of L.A.. Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard didn't work as they struggled to win games. Maybe Kobe Bryant and Chris Paul would've.
